About me… 

I'm a communication expert, teacher, and coach who helps individuals and teams communicate clearly, present ideas and concepts effectively, build and maintain positive and healthy business relationships, and lead with confidence. My coaching methodology is the culmination of 25 years of experience as an actor, educator, writer, communication strategist, and senior executive. 

I specialize in helping mid- to senior-level talent improve their communication skills and refine their personal brands, so they can improve their effectiveness as leaders and achieve their personal and professional goals. I work to help clients effectively convey their messages, read the room, listen well, ethically persuade, foster mutual understanding, and inspire others. I also help clinical-development teams prepare for high-stakes regulatory presentations and Q&A sessions. In addition, I'm a skilled advisor to teams with communication problems that impact internal dynamics and corporate culture, and to entrepreneurs who want to position their companies for success. 

I have a Master of Science in strategic communication from Purdue University and bachelor’s degrees in communication studies and speech and theatre arts from Montclair State University. My communication strategy work has been recognized by the Global Awards for Healthcare Communications; the Medical, Marketing & Media (MM&M) awards; the Davey Awards; and the Communicator Awards. 

In my spare time, you can find me leading a leadership communication workshop for entrepreneurs and emerging leaders, enjoying live theatre, detailing my car, or at an amusement park riding the highest and fastest roller coaster I can find.
